  • I was a developer and a real estate broker for a long time. I built this property back in 1987 with an excellent quality construction. Due to personal reasons, I had to sell the property and exchanged into a less management intensive asset. Seeing how successful Han in helping his clients sold their apartment properties, I contacted him and gave him an exclusive listing agreement.
